Drinkit

Digital coffee shop app for a tech-driven coffee chain

My role

Product Designer I designed the concept for the app's core experience: positioning, user logic, emotional interaction layer, and key interface screens

The challenge

Rethink the main app screens and add a stronger emotional layer to the experience

Drinkit already had a clear functional model (order in app, pick up in store), but the interface needed to feel more human and engaging. The challenge was to keep the flow fast and practical while introducing emotion in a way that still supports quick daily decisions

What I did

Defined user profile and context logic

I mapped a clear urban audience profile and translated it into everyday coffee scenarios

Built a mood-based recommendation mechanic

I designed a simple emotional model where mood tags map to drink attributes

Designed the core home experience and product card

First screen concept and product card

Connected emotional layer to operational flow

I kept mood interaction expressive but usable: suggestions are emotional, ordering remains practical and quick for real pickup behavior
