I introduced a lightweight alignment routine: early concept check-ins, decision logs, 'definition of done' for design, and structured reviews with the right stakeholders at the right time
We ran quick interviews and workflow reviews with system operators and admins (focus: reporting, event review, exporting evidence, and handling violations). Insights were turned into UI changes in dashboards, events, and archive flows
