My role
Product Art Director I led the visual and UX direction for new business scenarios inside Yandex Maps Turkey. My focus was to keep new flows native to Yandex standards while helping the team deliver a practical MVP and extend the design system where needed
The challenge
We had to add new business scenarios into a mature,product with an existing design system
The team needed to ship fast with MVP scope, but some user journeys required patterns that were not available in the current component set. The key challenge was to expand UX capability without breaking consistency, interaction logic, or visual rhythm of Yandex Maps.
What I did
Added missing components only where needed
When we saw UX friction in real scenarios, I guided selective additions to the component layer instead of custom one-off screens

Step-by-step location setup on the map with clear confirmation actions
Adding details
Work schedule setup flow for opening hours and exceptions and cover selection flow with visual focus and quick confirmation
